TAMD LLC is a California-registered technology company that operates software platforms. We use SMS messaging through our registered messaging programs to send transactional notifications to users of our platforms. This policy describes exactly what we send, who receives it, and how consent is managed.
TAMD LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles, and all applicable carrier guidelines.
TAMD LLC operates two distinct SMS messaging programs:

PlateSend sends SMS notifications to customers who have opted in at the time of account creation or checkout. Messages are sent only in connection with an active order. Possible messages include:

The Trader App sends critical operational alerts to authorized account holders who manage options trading positions through TAMD LLC's proprietary trading platform. Messages include:
This program sends only to individually authorized internal users. There is no public opt-in flow for this program.
To stop receiving SMS messages from TAMD LLC at any time:
Reply STOPto any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from TAMD LLC messages. No further messages will be sent. Contact sms@tamdllc.com for support."

Additional opt-out methods:
Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. We do not re-enroll opted-out numbers without fresh express written consent.
Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described in this policy. We store your number, consent timestamp, and opt-in/opt-out history in our secure database. This data is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio, Inc.) for message delivery purposes.
